DISTRICT VALIDATION ON PHYSICAL INVENTORY PLAN (PIP) FOR SEMI-

EXPENDABLE EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT
(PPE)

1. This office announces the DISTRICT VALIDATION ON PHYSICAL INVENTORY

PLAN (PIP) FOR SEMI-EXPENDABLE EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, PLANT AND
EQUIPMENT (PPE) on September 12-15, 2022.

2. This in view of COA Circular No. 2020-006, “ Guidelines of Physical Count of Property,
Plant and Equipment (PPE), Recognition of PPE Items Found at Station, for
Non-Existing/Missing PPE Items” and in preparation for the One-Time Cleansing of PPE
Account Balances of Deped Masbate Province”, this office hereby transmit the Physical
Inventory Plan (PIP) for Semi- Expendable Equipment and Property, Plant and Equipment
(PPEs) for the conduct of Physical Inventory Taking within the Division of Masbate Province
from August 1 to October 30, 2022.

3. All concerned personnel are enjoined to prepare the necessary supporting documents
relative to the implementation of this Inventory Plan and present the same on the date as
indicated in the timeline.

4. All Travel Expenses related to the validation for the conduct of Physical Inventory shall be
charged to the Local MOOE Funds (for the Division Office) and to the Schools MOOE (of
each validated schools- for District/School Level) subject to the usual Accounting and COA
guidelines,

5. Attached are the Enclosure for the Schedule of the District Validation.
