Note:- Apart from this revised proposed schedule, the examination forms shall not be accepted at any later
stage/intervening period from the date of closing of web portal till the date of commencement of examinations.
However, in the rare/ exceptional cases wherein valid justification is established, the examination forms may be
accepted after getting approval from the competent authority.
Advisory for students:-
1. Examinations forms are to be filled by the students through the online portal, the link of which can be accessed using the
website of the University i.e. uhsr.ac.in.
2. The students should fill up the examination form only after carefully reading the instructions.
3. The candidates are strictly advised to fill up the examination forms well in time adhering to the timeline mentioned on the website.
4. No examination form shall be accepted by any modality i.e. either online/ hard copy after the expiry of the prescribed time line
mentioned on the website.
5. The candidates are advised to check all the particulars filled up by them in examination form and also ensure their correctness before
finally submitting the examination form. Any request for change of any particular that has been filled up by the student shall not be
entertained by the University at any later stage.
6. No offline/ hard copy of the examination form shall be accepted by the University.
7. Practical examination will be held after the schedule of theory examinations is over for all courses except B.Sc. Nursing, P.B. B.Sc.
Nursing & M.Sc. Nursing.
8. The date and schedule for the commencement of examinations shall be notified on the University website www.uhsr.ac.in in advance.
9. The schedule notified shall be a tentative schedule & the dates are likely to get changed/ modified. The Principals of the Colleges are
requested to issue necessary advisory / instructions to the students to regularly check the University website www.uhsr.ac.in for any
change/update regarding the dates of examination and other relevant information pertaining to various theory & practical examination
schedules, date-sheets, allocation of examination centres etc.

Advisory for Examiners/ Principals of the Institutes:-

The practical awards & internal assessments must be uploaded on the web portal immediately after completion of examinations. Also
the duly signed hard copies of the practical awards are to be submitted in the office of Controller of Examinations, immediately after
the completion of examination.

Likely causes of rejection of examination form:-

1. Examinations form not submitted through online portal/ the prescribed examination fee not remitted through online
portal.
2. More than one examination form submitted by a student.
3. Examination form is incomplete.
4. The candidate does not possess the requisite academic qualification /has been declared ineligible by the Registration &
Affiliation Branch of Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.
