4. Roger Cruz (your friend) calls you in the middle of the night. He tells you that the
police are at his door alleging that he murdered his elderly mother. He asks you
to advise him on what he should or should not do at the police station. Advice
Roger on what he can and cannot do at the police station and why.

5. Roger Cruz has been charged for the murder of his elderly mother. The police tell
him that the evidence is overwhelming. Roger is frightened and wants you to tell
him what he should expect in court as a trial date has been fixed. Advice Roger
on what to expect and why certain processes are in place.
