To enhance and defend the interest of its members for their mutual aid and protection. 6. To implement policy and guidelines that will insure transparency, equitable access to its resources and services and to promote the interest of its members. 7. To actively support the government, other organization and people oriented groups beth local and foreign and promoting our association as a practical means towards sustainable socio-economics development under a truly just and democratic society. 8. To adopt such other plans as may help faster the welfare of the members their families and the community. Article Ill - Place of Operation The Place of Operation of the Association The place of operation of Spring Side Hog Raiser and Farmers Association which is Located at Barangay Wadya, Banisilan, Cotabato. Article IV -Membership Qualifications 1. That, the membership of this association is residential and shall be ‘open to all natural persons who are Filipino Citizenships of legal age and have good moral standing, resident of Barangay Wadya, Banisilan, Cotabato. 2. Any members who wish to join is open and voluntary. 3. Complete the prescribes membership education training 4. Paid up the required membership fee of Php 100.00. 5. Undertake to uphold By-laws, Policies, guidelines, rules and regulations promulgated by the officers of the association together the working committee and the General Assembly. 6. Application of membership shall be given due course if not accompanied of a membership fee amounting to ONE HUNDRED (Php. 100.00) PESOS which shalll be refunded to the applicant in case of rejection. 7.
