Uso de notebook sem suporte e sem teclado e mouse externos (Patologias musculoesqueléticas de punho e mão e
da coluna vertebral proveniente da inclinação do tronco (lombalgias, cervicalgias) como consequência); Posto sem
apoios de punhos (Flexão, extensão e desvios de punho gerando a obstrução da circulação sanguinea como
consequência); Posto sem apoio de pés (Lombalgias e dores/ desconfortos como consequência) / Use of a
notebook without a stand and without an external keyboard and mouse (Musculoskeletal pathologies of the wrist
and hand and of the spine resulting from trunk inclination (low back pain, neck pain) as a consequence); Station
without wrist support (Flexion, extension and wrist deviations causing obstruction of blood circulation as
consequence); Position without foot support (Lumbar pain and pain/discomforts as consequence)

Action Description Avaliar quantas estações de trabalho estão sem suporte, teclado e mouse para notebooks; estão sem apoio de
punho; e sem apoio de pes; emitir pedidos de compra e substituir a bordo onde aplicável. / Evaluate how many
workstations are without support, keyboard and mouse for notebooks; are without wrist support; and without foot
support; issue purchase orders and replace on board where applicable.

Action Taken As estações foram avaliadas os suportes para teclado, mouse e apoio para os pés chegaram a bordo e foram
colocados nas estações de trabalho. ( Ver Fotos em anexo).

The workstations were assessed the Wrist rest /feet rest and keyboards rest arrived onboard and were put in use at
workstations. ( See pictures attached).
