    To make this cake for 6 persons you need :


    Ingredients :
    225g of digestive
    75g of butter
    3 eggs
    675g of Fromage frais
    175g of sugar
    1 bag of vanilla sugar
    Raspberry coulis
    ● Preparation

    Preheat the oven th.6 (180C°).


    Put some parchment paper in one springform pan
    Put in a freezing bag digestive, and crush them in crumbs with a rolling pin.
    Melt the butter and mix in the crumbs of biscuits.
    Deposit this mixture in the mold and put it in the fridge.
    In a salad bowl, mix whole eggs, beat them and mix them with the fromage frais, the sugar and the
    vanilla sugar.
    Pour this preparation into the mold and put it into the oven during 35 minutes
    Let then the cake base in the oven with the door between opened
    When it is cold, put it in the refrigerator during minimum 3 hours
    Serve with raspberry coulis
