Job descriptions:

• Assist in carrying out quality audit and other assurance services to clients in
multiple industries.
• Assist in-charge in obtaining all necessary audit working papers and documentation
including researching and documenting facts and findings.
• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to managers and
partners.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Interact with clients to help ensure that the information flow from the client to the
audit team is efficient.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in Accounting from a reputable university with at

least internship experience in a public accounting firm (fresh graduates will also
be considered)
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 of 4.00 scales.
• Have a good understanding of basic accounting principles and have good business
awareness.
• Team player, with the ability to multi-task, flexible and can work under pressure.
• Professional integrity, excellent interpersonal skill, energetic proactive and socially
confident.
• Good writing skill in English.
• Good analytical skill, computer literate and meticulous.
• Willingness to travel.

2. Budgeting & Planning, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description:
 • Build overall financial & budget projections for Shopee Express
• Monitor and analyze overall profit & loss, revenue structure and cost driver
• Work with cross-functional teams and collaborate deeply on analysis and
execution
• Provide ad-hoc support/analysis on critical projects/initiatives
• Conduct competitive benchmarking with global peers, analyzing annual reports
and other public information

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in strategy & analytics, financial
planning, management consulting, or investment banking in start-ups or Fortune
500 companies
• Previous relevant industry experience is a big plus
• Solid data management and excel spreadsheet skills
• Strong analytical thinking, structured approach and data-driven decision making
process

3. Finance Accounting Supervisor

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• You must possess Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in
Accounting / Fiscal
• At least 3 years of working experience in Accounting & Finance supervisory level
is required for this position
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of communication skills
• Experience in financial data processing using Microsoft Excel & ERP system and
SAP Software
• Good financial analysis skills (P&L, BS, Working Capital, and Cash Flow)
• Good understanding of Indonesia Tax Regulations & practices
• Manage daily transactions, including AP / AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations
• Organizes financial data (bookkeeping, maintenance of records for audit) and
ensure the complete finance documents ( invoice, bank receipt)
• Input, review, and check the daily expense reimbursement documents, cash
advance & settlement, and inspection of all financial accounting documents
• Monitor and execute all financial activities within the established procedures in
order to ensure timely and accurate Payment
• Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, include preparing
schedule of Balance sheet accounts
• Prepare & Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly Reports.
• Maintain customs transactions and doing checking, reconciles bank, payable,
deposit , advance supplier, petty cash and the appropriate recording of bank and
cash transactions.
