Respectfully returned to the Supreme Student Council Resolution No. 2019-04,

and advising to review related provisions contained in the Student Manual without
prejudice to introducing amendments to this resolution. Also, be informed that the
Student Manual is the governing document approved by the Board of Trustees, and any
policy, resolution or regulation, or any particular provision of any SSC resolution not in
conjunction therewith is considered null and void, and should be amended accordingly.
Likewise, the Body is required to attach the consolidated financial records of yearly
collections and expenses made during the preceding years to provide transparency and
justification for such action.
