Motivation Letter
• During my time as LORP, I had learned and still learning a lot of thing. Few of those things are: my
communication skills, how to be persuasive towards other, and last but not least to create a great teamwork
and dynamics with my team, Trophy. As LORP, I was actually stepping out of my comfort zone. I am actually
an introvert person , but becoming LORP made me discover a lot of potential from myself. I met a lot of new
friends from another local, get to know SCORP USU members better despite being in different class.

• I hope that by joining CIMSA USU Officials one more, I can still oberve proudly how CIMSA USU has grown to
a beautiful thing we called home and that my experiences can give great use to the candidates of new
Officials in CIMSA USU. I also hope that I can hel the other Officials chosen to dig their potential from within.

terkoordinasi, sinkron, dan terevaluasi secara
solutif, komprehensif dan objektif.
Misi
1. Mengawasi keberlangsungan seluruh aktivitas di
lingkungan CIMSA FK USU sesuai dengan konstitusi dan
statuta, maupun peraturan internal yang berlaku
2. Menunjukkan peran Supervising Council sebagai penasihat
yang memfasilitasi konsultasi bagi officials local CIMSA USU
3. Memastikan berjalannya komunikasi yang baik antara
sesama Officials local CIMSA FK USU

• Misi 1: Mengawasi keberlangsungan seluruh aktivitas


di lingkungan CIMSA FK USU sesuai dengan konstitusi
dan statuta, maupun peraturan internal yang berlaku
