 PREFACE
• Internship Training programme provides a chance to students to make
themselves familiar with the actual media environment. It also
provides an opportunity to study theories of books in practice. This is
the reason why the students of BAJMC are required to complete
internship programme at any recommended organization.
• In this internship report, I will describe my experience during my
internship period. This report contains an overview of the internship
company and the activities, tasks and projects that I have worked.
 ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
• Diademy IAS academy is one of the leading coaching centers
providing coaching services for civil service aspirants aspiring to
a career in the UPSC exam.
• Diademy courses are delivered in such way that it becomes much more
interesting and easier for IAS aspirants to grasp the content. It will not
feel like a grind rather much easier in remembering what is important.
• Diademy has it’s own website, office and they mainly focuses on
aspirants who are willing to clear UPSC exam and want to become an
IAS Officer

• The summer training consisted of many tasks like

writing on different beats especially on
entertainment, political, educational, fashion,
research and development, sports, etc. I have
gained practical knowledge about the working of
digital media.

• It was a great experience working and learning in Diademy IAS, under the guidance
of the Diademy team. I got the opportunity to research various trending topics. It
was great working here as an intern. They were not expected to perform and learn
work fast. Interns were given much free time to learn by observing people
independently. The ideas of interns were listened to and praised during the
discussion. Everyone was ready to help whenever required. The timings were too
flexible. There was no overload of work or extra assignments.
 CONCLUSION
• This internship has been a rewarding experience. I have learnt
a lot from my mentor which will be beneficial for me in the
future. I can see the improvement in my first and the latest
work. I have learnt a lot of new skills required to be a good
writer and researcher.
• Overall, it’s a beneficial experience which will definitely
helpful for my future goals.
