WHY CHOOSE AIHE?
AIHE’s courses are designed to prepare graduates for a career in business. AIHE is
committed to providing small, innovative, friendly learning environments where all students
can truly engage in active and inquiry-based learning. To ensure students receive a
balanced business education, students have direct access to qualified academic staff with
valuable business experience and we use a wide range of methods to assess knowledge and
skills gaining during studies.
At AIHE every day is OPEN DAY! Students are welcome to come to the campus or request
a virtual tour guided by one of our staff.
AIHE offers a more boutique approach to Higher Education, providing a more personal
and intimate learning environment where students are respected as learning partners and
not treated as just a student number.
Our class sizes are smaller, with superior staff-to-student ratios, which means more
engagement and discussion in AIHE classes.
Premium location - our campus is in central hub of Adelaide, convenient and accessible
to public transport (some of these are FREE!), shopping, restaurants, and amenities. This
provides students with more choices for accommodation and different budgets.
AIHE provides a free airport pick-up service for students arriving in Adelaide from
overseas or interstate in 2022. We will greet you at the airport and take you safely to
your accommodation*
AIHE’s Academic Calendar provides 3 Study Periods (Trimesters) each year and provides
more flexible study plans and more intakes than most universities.
AIHE students have access to all staff and management for assistance and support. We
have an open-door policy here. Get assistance and help when you need it.
*Free airport pick-up service must be booked 48 hours in advance and accommodation must be within 25kms of the
Adelaide CBD

AIHE’s academic staff are postgraduate and doctorate qualified, with significant
experience in industry and teaching in Australian universities and higher education
institutes.
AIHE will ensure that students have access to professional counselling services,
academic support, as well as personal support services.
E-textbooks and all learning resources are provided by AIHE free of charge. That’s right,
save on study costs and there is no need to purchase textbooks for subjects.
All AIHE students have free access to EBSCO Host for additional learning materials.
EBSCO is essentially an e-Library and includes more than 4,500 full-text business
magazines, journals and trade publications, 1,300 full-text newspapers, 1.17 million full-
text company profiles and 2 million TV and radio news transcripts.
AIHE students are required to have their own tablet or laptop computer to support their
studies. Students access e-textbook and online materials, discussion forums,
announcements, online assessment and many other features as part of their degree
studies.
Academic Skills Workshops are provided to all students at AIHE at the beginning of each
study period and these are useful for students commencing their course, or those
wanting to enhance their skills.
AIHE is part of the larger Adelaide Education Group (AEG) and can provide alternative
entry pathways in degree studies for students who do not meet the requirements for
direct entry. Some of these can provide credit towards your degree too!
We aim to make tuition more affordable. In 2022 - AIHE is providing Student Support
Scholarships for all international applicants. This provides a 30% reduction in the tuition
fees for the whole course to provide financial assistance to students in light of the global
economic impact resulting from COVID-19.
