Start the diesel engine and select the fork working mode.
to confirm.
You have accessed the SAR MENU: calibration procedure can start.
1.
MACHINE MUST BE ON A FLAT GROUND, NOT BRAKED, WITH NO LOAD ON
FORKS, AND WITH ALL FOUR WHEELS ALIGNED.
Referring to the machine load chart, get a load of known weight (we suggest about
50% of maximum machine lifting capacity): it will be used during calibration.

If machine is cold, we suggest to use it a few minutes in order to warm up the gear
oil, especially if a new load cell has been fitted or the same one has been re-
positioned.

Select fork mode.

Press OK to confirm.

With no load on forks, boom completely in and fully up.
6.
Lift the load previously prepared to no more than 20 cm from the ground.
Boom out till the movement should stop (please refer to the relevant capacity
diagram with no stabilizers)
Wait a few seconds to make any boom oscillation to stop and press OK to
confirm the second key point.
7.
The cluster will give you the OK confirmation and will automatically restart.
Check the anti-tipping system and make sure that it works properly.

Boom fully out. The boom angle is not important. Rise it a little bit only in case the
headstock will touch the ground during extension.

MACHINE SHOULD BE ON A HORIZONTAL PLANE, NOT BRAKED AND WITH
NO LOAD ON FORKS. Boom fully in and down.
2.
Check the tires pressure. All tires must have the correct inflate pressure.
3.
If machine does not have stabs but it has a leveling system, please level the
machine referring to the bubble inside the cab.
If machine does not have stabs nor a leveling system, please skip to next point.
