LAURA: Hi Pablo

PABLO: Hi Laura. Do you have any plans today?

LAURA: No plans at all for today. Why?

PABLO: Well, I’m going out for dinner and I was wondering if you would like to join me.

LAURA: Yes, of course I’m starving, so let’s go!

PABLO: I don’t have no idea where to go, so I’ll let you choose a place.

LAURA: There’s a very nice restaurant I’ve been wanting visit again.

PABLO: Ok, now I’m curious! What place is that?

LAURA: I want to go to “La Quintrala” restaurant

PABLO: Never heard about it. And what’s their specialty?

LAURA: They have a huge menu to choose, but their specialty is typical Chilean food. The place is a
bit expensive but the food is so good, that it’s worth every penny.

PABLO: If you say it’s that good, let’s go, it’ll be my treat!

LAURA: You’re so cool! Thanks for inviting me.

Waiter: Good evening. Welcome to “La Quintrala”. Here’s the menu, let me know when you’re
ready to order, maybe I can offer you something to drink or an appetizer while you decide?

LAURA: Hi, yes I’ll have an iced tea please. How about you Pablo?

PABLO: I’ll have the same please and no appetizer at the moment.

Waiter: Ok, I’ll be right back with your drinks.

Waiter: Here you go, 2 iced teas! Are you ready to order or need a few more minutes?

PABLO: I think we are ready to order. I will have the chicken soup as an entree, the steak with fries
as main dish and a garnish of mixed vegetables.

Waiter: How do you like your steak? Rare, medium or well done?

PABLO: Well done please.

Waiter: Perfect. What can I bring for you mam?

LAURA: I’ll have the fried chicken with French fries and a green salad, please

Waiter: I’ll be back with your orders in a moment.

LAURA: Thanks!

PABLO: I hope it doesn’t take long, I’m so hungry!

LAURA: Yeah, me too!

Waiter: Mam, please here’s the chicken for you…

LAURA: Oh my God it looks delicious!

Waiter: And Sir, here’s your soup and the Steak. Is there anything I can get for you?

PABLO: Oh, no this is just perfect, thanks.

Waiter: You’re welcome, please enjoy!

LAURA: Hey Pablo! So what do you think about the place?

PABLO: The food is super good as you said, good venue from the waiter, I have no complaints I’m
happy we came here.

LAURA: I’m glad you’re enjoying it as much as I am.
