 Dialogue: Ordering Food in a
Restaurant

Dayana: I´m glad that we finally have come to this restaurant!

Katya: Yeah! Everyone says that the meat in this place is
excellent.
Gabriela: Good evening, how can I serve you today?
Katya: I would like a table, please.
Gabriela: For how many people would your table be?
Dayana: For two, please.
Gabriela: Sure! follow me.
Katya: Wow! This place is so pretty and attractive.
Dayana: Yes, I know, it’s really picturesque.
Katya: Could you bring us the menu, please?
Gabriela: Of course, here you have!
Gabriela: Can I take your order?
Katya: Yes, I would like to order my food now.
Dayana: I want the steak with french fries.
Gabriela: How would you like your steak?
Dayana: Let me see... Um maybe medium well.
Katya: And for me, the grill steak with vegetables, medium well
too.
Gabriela: Can I get you a drink while you’re waiting?
Dayana: I´ll have a lemonade.
Katya: A glass of Coke for me please.
Gabriela: Perfect, your food will come in a few minutes.
Dayana: This steak is delicious, how about yours?
Katya: It’s really tasty, I love it.
Dayana: Could you bring us the dessert menu?
Gabriela: Certainly. I´ll be back shortly.
Katya: I think I´ll have a vanilla ice cream.
Dayana: For me, I´ll have a coffee and a cheesecake please.
Gabriela: It will be a pleasure ladies, would you like to order
anything else?
Dayana: No thanks. Just the bill, please.
Gabriela: Perfect. Let me get that for you.
Katya: Here you have and thank you so much for the meal. It was
wonderful.
Gabriela: I´m glad you enjoyed it, have a good day please come
back again!
Dayana: Sure, have a good day too!
