A/C NO. : 552059-814533 (CL-i) & 452059-730225 (CMTF-1)

We refer to the above matter and wish to inform that the Bank is hereby authorized to debit the sum as per
redemption statement of ________________ together with all costs, charges & profits into the above account in
the event the Discharge of Charge /Receipt & Reassignment is returned to the Bank and the Bank is required to
refund the said sum as mentioned above pursuant to an undertaking by the Bank.

In the event the Discharge of Charge/receipt & reassignment is not registered, we will continue to service our
financing as if there was no redemption being taken place.

We hereby further agree and consent to appoint :

arising from the Discharge of Charge/Receipt & Reassignment.
