    by four men. One of them wrestled the police officer to the ground and disarmed
    him while the other three companions who were armed with hunting knife, an
    icepick and balisong, repeatedly stabbed him. The policeman died as a result of
    the multiple stab wound inflicted by his assailants. What crime/s committed?
    Support your answer
    ANSWER: The crime committed is MURDER. This is because the killing is
    attended by the qualifying aggravating circumstance of abuse of superior
    strength.

    QUESTION:
    2. Shara found a watch in a jeep shw was riding, and since it did not belong to him,
    she approached PCPL Gumban and delivered the watch with instruction to return
    the same to whoever may be found to be the owner. PCPL Gumban failed to
    return the watch to the owner and instead sold it and appropriated for himself the
    proceeds of the sale. What crime did PCPL Gumban commit? Explain.

    ANSWER: The crime committed is THEFT. Shara is the finder of fact while the
    policeman, PCPL Gumban being a finder in law.
