Dearest Babi,

Before this day ends, I just want to wish you a happy first anniversary! Our relationship went
through a lot, and I know that we almost gave up on each other. But thank you, my love, for
still fighting and thriving.

Time is indeed fast when you're happy. Who would have thought that the little flirty chats we
had would lead to this year-long relationship? Yes, there were lots of mistakes; we messed
up, but I'm willing to go through it all instead of meeting someone else.

Looking back on the past year, I realized how my life changed when you came. A lot of my
"firsts" happened with you, and I'm grateful. From our romantic getaways at Ampil or
wherever, every precious moment spent with you has been filling my life with happiness,
love, and motivation. I appreciate how you always make me feel loved, despite me being a
"red flag" to you. I cherish every day and moment that I get to spend with you, and I know
you do too.

I want to say sorry for not treating you right, for making excuses to justify my mistakes, for
ignoring you when you're mad, for not understanding you, for being insensitive, and for
telling you hurtful words, which I regret a lot. I'm sorry for making you wait, for making our
relationship low-key, which I know you don't like, and for breaking my promises. I'm really
sorry, love.

We may not be together physically, but I want to celebrate this special milestone that we
have reached. I want you to know that I love you always and in all ways. My love for you will
surely last, and it will be the last. You are my best friend, my soulmate, my mother at times,
haha, and the one whom I like to cuddle with every night. I'm grateful for the way you support
me, encourage me, and challenge me to be the best version of myself. I hope I'm doing the
