Air pollution

Nowadays, pollution is a popular term with everyone in the world and

air pollution is one type of population. It is undeniable that the definition
of air pollution is one such form that refers to the contamination of the
air, irrespective of indoors or outdoors. A physical, biological or
chemical alternation to the air in the atmosphere can be termed as
pollution. There are some main reasons which cause air contamination
such as burning of fossil fuels, agricultural activities, exhaust from
factories and industries,.. Secondly, air pollution always has had effects
on our life. Harmful gases, dust and smoke enter into the atmosphere
and make it difficult for plants, animals and humans to survive. We also
can see more examples of the result of air contamination which occurs
around us as global warming, acid rain and deletion of ozone layer. In
conclusion, the effects of air pollution are alarming, so governments are
over the world should have suitable policies of protecting the
environment.

Global warming
The biggest issue that people have to face is global warming. Global
warming is an aspect of climate change, referring to the long-term rise of
the planet’s temperature. The main cause of global warming is human
activities such as burning fossil and farming. The first cause is burning
fossil fuels. Due to the development of economy, people burn fossil
fuels such like coal and gas to create electricity or power. This action
release CO2 pollution into the atmosphere. Another reason is farming.
The more population increase, the more demand of food is. Farmers
focus on raising sheep and cattle to meet the demand. However,
livestock grazed at a large methane that is a big contributor to global
warming. To reduce the problem, government should encourage citizens
to use renewable energy instead of non-renewable energy.
The way to protect the environment
Nowadays, the development of human world causes many bad effects to
the environment. Therefore, our world is being seriously polluted and
we need to protect it from now.
First and foremost, we should reduce, reuse and recycle. Instead of using
plastic bags, we can bring our own tote bag to carry the groceries. If we
can not avoid buying plastic bags, we should reuse them over and over
again, until they wear out. Additionally, we can recycle plastic bottles,
cans, paper to reduce the amount of trash.
Furthermore, using public transports and decrease the number of private
motorbikes and cars are also good ways to reduce carbonic in the air.
Besides, we should purify contaminated lakes or rivers in order to lessen
the pollution in the water. Last but not least, the government should raise
awareness about protecting the environment to everyone, especially the
young generation.
In conclusion, I reaffirm that it is essential to protect the environment
which is being severely polluted.
