SHOULD A WOMAN WORK OUTSIDE THE HOME?

In recent years, it has been observed that in those societies where women work outside there
are many serious social problems in the company of men in their homes. Each study was based on
the following question: Is it useful or is it harmful to women and their society to make women work
outside the home?

Some believe that a woman’s work outside the home gives her equal rights with men, social
independence and financial freedom. Maybe all these results look like this to be true on the surface,
but this perspective is real; very narrow and low. That one is certain ignores the serious social
problems directly caused by women in fields of work that constantly compete, interact and keep
company gentlemen Just consider the religious point of view: all the heavenly books are quite clear
from the woman’s point of view place in the world First of all, the Bible and the Koran say that
women should stay at home and do household chores. For example, certain tasks are appropriate
for each gender simply because of physical abilities and limitations. Men can do the work they need
great physical strength and endurance: working with masonry, heavy machinery or other various
construction works. These jobs are impossible for women because of these restrictions physical
strength On the other hand, there are professions most suitable for women: nursing, raising children
and housework. Women can do these jobs more efficiently because they do are naturally suited to
such work: they have the patience and emotional endurance to recover from small tasks and again
without boredom. Emotionally, men are better equipped to become stronger decisions and deal
with the problems that arise when making serious decisions about serious and critical issues.
Women, on the contrary, are much more suited to patience and kindness involved in the upbringing
of children and children develop better thanks to the kindness of the mother and understanding.

Furthermore, God created the man to take care of the woman; in fact God created woman a
part of the man and gave him a wife to accompany him. Therefore it is a duty the man provides a
safe shelter for the woman and she must also provide financially. He fulfills his duty by working in
the outside world, thus allowing him to stay at home and be physically and financially secure. A
woman, on the other hand, has a duty to take care of the husband – and his children – at home. He
does it in cooking, to clean and keep the household in the best order. This male-female partnership
is based on God’s law and has been preserved for hundreds, perhaps thousands of years.

But today, as we see in societies where women go to work, there are many problems that
could eventually destroy society as we know it. First, many people, esp men can’t find jobs because
women have taken those jobs. So men with whom weakened job opportunities and unemployment
are forced to commit crimes. Fathers don’t even know what their children do during the day their
mothers are also away from home, so fathers cannot discipline the children. This breakdown of
the family is the reason for the high number of divorces; how women change being financially
independent, they avoid the responsibilities of wives and mothers.

Crime and divorce do not simply increase in such countries; such morals society has
degenerated or completely disappeared. When women leave their natural work as nurses teachers
of virtue and culture, they too fall under the temptations of the world. For example, in the past,
when women stayed at home, it was rare for a woman to commit a serious crimes such as theft or
murder, but nowadays it is not so unusual. And yes nowadays, abortion is common for unmarried
women; sometimes it even is considered legal in these societies. This last example provides
sufficient proof of the statement the decay and disappearance of morality in a society where women
work outside the home and carry with them communicate with men.

In short, women working outside the home are morally wrong from a religious point of view
from the point of view. It is also a form of social injustice resulting from the consequences of
women’s employment power causes serious social problems. Finally, the long-term effect of
allowing women to work outside their home there is a change in the character of the women which
ultimately destroys societies and even entire nations.
