DRIVE DBSS Indicator LEDS.

Reference designation Nomenclature Function.

1 LED (RED)
CPU FAULT Normally off. Lights when a microprocessor /watchdog timer
fault occurs
2 LED (GRN)
UP - FWD Lights when car is running in "up" direction
3. LED (GRN)
DOWN - REV Lights when car is running in "down" direction.
LEDS 4 through to 11 are fault indicators. They are normally off.
4 LED (RED)
1st (MG FAULT) Lights when drive exceeds 180% of I acceleration.
5 LED (RED)
LOW LINE Lights when building supply drops below 75% of nominal
6 LED (RED)
FIELD LOSS Lights when voltage falls below 50% of idle value.
7 LED (RED)
BLOWN FUSE
(H BRIDGE 1ST) Lights when dc bus or ac line fuse opens.
Lights when high bridge current.
8 LED (RED)
F/B 1ST Lights when motor field or brake current exceeds 180% of
rating.
9 LED (RED)
TACH FAULT Lights when tach reversal of tach loss is sensed.
10 LED (RED)
BLC FAULT Lights when an Open safety chain, brake fault or open circuit
voltage detected.
11 LED (RED)
SERIAL FAULT Lights when a fault in a serial communications link is
detected.
Lights on motor fan faulty.
12 LED (GRN)
READY TO RUN Lights when car starts.
13 LED (YEL)
BRAKE LIFTED Lights when brake lifts.
14 LED (GRN)
MANUAL Lights when Drive Unit is operating in manual or construction
mode.
15 LED (RED)
FAULT Lights when other fault(s) (4 LED thru 11 LED occur)
