Candidature Type)/Jammu & Kashmir Migrant Candidature Type for the Course LL.B.-5 Year CET-2020.

Candidature Candidate Should Fulfil The Following Two
Types Criteria’s Such as Criteria-1 & Criteria- 2 given
below in column 2 & column 3 If Candidates Does Not Fulfil both the Criteria-1 & Criteria-2 Mentioned in Column No.2 & Column No. 3

Maharashtra Candidate Passing A candidate who is Domicile of
State SSC & HSC from Maharashtra. Your candidature Type is Out Side Maharashtra State Candidature i.e. All India Candidature Type.
Candidature the State of (Candidate should have Explanation: -
:Type-A Maharashtra. Domicile Certificate from the (a)If candidate has not completed his/her SSC & HSC or Equivalent Qualifying Examination from the State of Maharashtra,
State of Maharashtra) then such candidates are not eligible for Maharashtra State Candidature Type-A though candidates are born in Maharashtra
OR OR Candidate Possess the Domicile Certificate from the State of Maharashtra. They should fill the CET Application form

(c) If candidate has completed his/her SSC & HSC from the State of Maharashtra, and are not born in Maharashtra but
candidate has a Domicile Certificate from the State of Maharashtra then such candidates are eligible for Maharashtra State
Candidature type –A. They should fill CET application form as Maharashtra State Candidature Type-A.

State SSC & HSC from Candidate is Domiciled in the Explanation: -

State SSC & HSC from Candidate is an employee of the Explanation:
Candidature the State of Government of India or
:Type-C Maharashtra. Government of India (a)If candidate has not completed his/her SSC & HSC or Equivalent Qualifying Examination from the State of Maharashtra,
Undertaking who is posted and & though candidate’s Father or Mother is an employee of the Govt. of India, then such candidate are not eligible for

:Type-D Maharashtra. Government of Maharashtra (a)If candidate has not completed his/her SSC & HSC or Equivalent Qualifying Examination from the State of Maharashtra,
Undertaking. & though Father or Mother of the Candidate is an employee of the Government of Maharashtra, then such candidate are not
eligible for Maharashtra State Candidature Type-D. They should fill the CET Application form as an Out Side Maharashtra
State Candidature Type. i.e. All India Candidature Type.

(b)If candidate has completed his/her SSC & HSC or Equivalent Qualifying Examination from the State of Maharashtra, &
Father or Mother of the Candidate is an employee of the Government of Maharashtra or Government of Maharashtra
Undertaking, then such candidates are eligible for Maharashtra State Candidature Type-D. They should fill the CET
Application form as a Maharashtra State Candidature Type-D.
