Release Notes
CAUTION:
Because the console does not notify the user in this situation about equipment in motion, make
sure to use caution whenever you move hardware components.
[DRX-Mobile Retrofit] If you select a study from the Worklist for a patient that has
multiple studies, only the selected study appears on the Acquisition screen. The
Acquisition screen should show all studies for the patient.
Important:
After imaging for a study, operators should go back to the Worklist screen to make sure that
there are no additional studies for the patient.
[DRX-Ascend, Q-Rad] If a remote Key Operator session times out while a local Key
Operator is logged out of the system, the local Key Operator might receive a message
that the remote session has timed out when they log in again.
If this occurs, click Start New Session to continue logging in as normal.
If a patient's date of birth is changed on the RIS, there is no notification on the system
console for the operator.
Important:
Because of this issue, make sure that you confirm the patient's birth date before you begin
imaging the patient.
[DRX-Revolution Nano] If you press and release the hand switch very quickly, the
system might continue to display its status as Ready but not let you make an exposure.
If this occurs, switch to another view and then return to the view where you want to
make the exposure. Then, make sure to press the hand switch steadily.
[DRX-Transportable] After adding a detector in AP mode on systems that use the i500
tablet, there is noticeably poor performance for several minutes that causes errors to
appear. Functionality is not affected. Performance then returns to normal.
When performing a manual LLI exam on a system equipped for automatic LLI, the
system displays 0 for a dose value on the composite (stitched) image. Dose values
should only be shown for the component images.
When an image is acquired on a detector and not retrieved at the console this is known
as an orphan image. All orphan images must be retrieved at the console where the
acquisition occurred. If the detector is disabled from the console where the acquisition
of an orphan image occurred and enabled on a new console, the orphan image will not
be retrievable.
When a system is set up to perform automatic dark calibrations and the user cancels an
in progress dark calibration from the acquisition screen, an internal error may appear
stating that the system is stuck in the acquiring state. If this occurs, a reboot of the
system is recommended.
This section provides information about features that function as designed but that
might not match operator expectations.
