The names of promoter and their real estate projects shall be deleted/removed ftom
the list on promoters submitting certified copies of the order delivcrcd by the
Tribunal/Court in the CIRP procccdings to show that the said proceedings have been
withdrawn/settled/dismissed/disposed subject to such order being uploaded on the
website of Insolvcncy and Banlquptcy Board of lndia.
