This printable will walk you through how to draw this flourished bunny through a
fun “flourish by number” concept. I recommend that you print this page off on 32#
laserjet paper, and create the bunny with your favorite dip pen and ink
combination!

Key:

Use the key to fill in the bunny below. Note that the arrows will guide you as far
as which direction your strokes need to follow. When you’re finished, you’ll still
be able to see the outlines and numbers. That’s okay: the purpose of this bunny
is practice. Once you’re finished, you can move on to the next page for
instructions over how to make a polished-looking, guideline free bunny.

 Once you’ve filled out the numbered bunny on the previous page, you may want to
make a bunny on a project like mail art or a sketchbook. There are two ways to go
about this:
1. If you have a light box, you can use it to shine figure A through the paper.
You can then use the key on the previous page to fill in the bunny.
2. If you don’t have a light box and you feel confident about your skills in
filling in the bunny, shine figure B through a bright window and use a pencil
to trace it onto your paper. Fill in the bunny with flourishes. It’s okay if the
bunny doesn’t look exactly like the original Flourish by Number bunny. As
long as you fill in the bunny shape with dense flourishes, it will
look great!
