The following is a letter of recommendation for Navdeep Jassal, candidate for the
position of Research and Policy Associate. It is based on my personal experience
working with her in her role as a data analyst and category manager at Post Consumer
Brands.

Navdeep is an asset to any team. She is extraordinarily focused, driven and

determined to learn and do well. These characteristics are complemented by her desire
to understand. In the 5 years that I worked with her, she always went beyond just
analyzing data. She was an active and frequent participant in account calls and
meetings. She made it a point to get to know the customer, his approach to business,
clientele, competition, and market demographics. This allowed her to identify trends
and opportunities in the raw numbers and make pertinent recommendations about how
to best grow a customer's business. She took tremendous pride in sharing her findings.
Significantly, her genuine interest in the customer and approach to performing her job,
greatly contributed to our Team being selected to examine all internal, category data at
a number accounts. That is a win.

I believe Navdeep would do an exceptional job as a research and policy associate. She
is detail-oriented, thinks strategically, proactive, cool under pressure and in fact, thrives
under pressure. Most importantly, she seeks to first comprehend a task or subject
matter in order to achieve the best result. She would be an invaluable addition to your
organization.
