Especially excellence The department of defense therefore has therefore sought it wise enough to
establishment this agency. Looking like several projects, some of them seem achievable while others
seem unpromising.

Agricultural Projects

These projects can largely be classified in to two major groups as usual.Those

dealing with arable farming and those based on livestock keeping.

Livestock Farming

Projects here are those that deal exclusively with animals agribusiness.

They include;

•Chicken farming •Bull farming •Research

•Dairy farming. •Sheep farming

General challenges that may be incurred during establishment of various arable

projects

1•Inadequate land to accommodate some crops.Crops such as kiwifruit, mangoes

and other fruit trees usually demanding large tracts of land for effective mass
scale production. Land is a scarce resource and thus very challenging to acquire
especially if needed in large scale.

Solutions:

•Reducing the projects in to small scale ones for small scale production as money
is gathered prior to large scale plantations.

•Holding of dialogues with large scale land owners to rent land for a given
number of years possibly at a fee.

•Department of the Treasury should save money for acquisition of large tracts of
land in the future.

•Doing research on diversification so as to acquire fruits which are space

efficient.

2•Shortage of water.Some crops like vegetables constantly need stable supply of

water instrumentall for robust growth and allowance of mass
production.Shortage of water leads to wilting thus the yields are not only poor in
quantity but also quality.

Solutions:
•Creative decisions should be made on how to acquire enough water in each and
every arable project.Such decisions include incorporating the problem of water
Shortage in to research wings of the department of Science.

•Better methods of water harvesting should be implemented so that at least water

is reused or used sparingly. Acquisition of enough containers for proper storage
of water.

•Planting of drought resistant crops that do not feel the heat of water Shortage.

•Department of the treasury should also save huge sums of money to deal with
future problems of water Shortage by sinking of boreholes and other scientific
ideas that will prove instrumental when that time shall come.

3•Inadequate capital to start large scale farms.If they is a challenge in acquisition

of money or its unplanned access in the treasury accounts, then this is a very
evident signal of a failed projects.

Solutions:

•The Department of the Treasury is saving huge sums of money to safeguard

against such fatal problems as Inadequate capital.

•The Defense Department is putting up laws concerning access of treasury funds.

Apart from home development and welfare matters other activities shall not be
allowed.

•Small scale projects shall be increased exponentially so as to provide capital for

other greater projects. For this cause,the Department of Defense shall have a
ministry for Project and Business security and defense.This shall ensure there is
availability of capital, CIA wing shall check and alert the DOD on the threats
thereof. It shall also acquire enough money for careful project and Business
management in accordance with established laws and also guard against market
monopoly and inflations.This shall also ensure that the productivity of the project
is in harmony with both its physical and human environment.

Publishing department

Problems facing Prophecy and Publishing department

Prophecy

1•Inadequate Voice Of Prophecy and other guides.Printing presses shall be

established.

2•Too much concentration on Discover guides,,little diversification.Printing

presses shall be established.

3•Poor conduction of VOP Bible Schools.Setting of proper dates.Proper

announcements .Acquisition of adequate personnel

4•Unequal distribution of knowledge in Prophecy.Proper sensitization in even

Pathfinders and Contests.

5•Inadequate funds to conduct various missions.Asking Church for departmental

support.

6•Restricted access to various public address Systems.Repairing the old systems.

Equipping them with modern internal electronicware.

7•Inadequate prayer back ups.Speaking with specific people on these prayers.

8•Poorly developed door to door missions.Creation of teams,Proper and adequate

preparation.

9•Negative attitude from members toward the prophecy teaching.Creation of

awareness on importance of these teachings.

10•Critically underdeveloped teachings in Gift Of Prophecy and Spirit Of

Prophecy.Recruitment of a larger team.Training on Gift of Prophecy and
SOP.Hosting of various days for teachings

11•Inadequate specially skilled Speakers.Advanced research on acquisition of

skilled Speakers. Establishment of clear communication pathways.

12•Lack of proper knowledge in the Bible teachings.Holding specific book

challenges. Expansive acquisition of Adventist commentaries.

13•Inadequate sensitization in to specific departments.Establishing closer

connection with department leaders to speak about this issue.
14•Poorly developed prophecy WhatsApp groups.Aggressive promotion.

15•Inadequate sessions on Sabbath to enhance Prophecy teachings.Acquisition of

some few minutes in afternoon session to sensitize something on VOP , SOP and
Publishing.

16•Distribution of papers for members to ask questions,sorting up and Publishing

of problematic and answers to FAQs..Papers can also be used to enquire about
ways of development,,,etc
