This document provides information on the supervision of the stowage and securing of the
load carried out in the facilities of ALEFERO OPERADOR INTERNACIONAL S.A.C., it is proceeded
to detail said supervision:
Current legislation:
 In the new Transit Code (DS No. 016-2009, MTC), article 100 states: "The driver of a
vehicle that transports cargo must ensure that it does not exceed the dimensions of
the body, is adequately accommodated, Subject and covered in such a way as not to
endanger persons or other users of the road".
 Resolution No. 002-2007 APN (National Port Authority) Establishes the mandatory use
of container latching devices on truck platforms (pineapples).

tensioners, this to prevent their misalignment during their land and sea journey.

The use of steel chains is observed, the
same ones that are hooked to the
concaves of the container.

In the following photographs, you can see the SPW 130 crawler tractor with IP 7 code
with its respective Atlas Copco compressor with M0 196 code and the water tank
correctly stowed, lashed with fastening elements certified in accordance with
international quality standards.

This photographic view shows the stowage of the 1x40' flat rack container MAEU-
351932-1 to the platform of the C8K-881/B2C-993 plate unit.

The following photograph shows the end of the stowage of the 1x40' flat rack type
container MAEU-351932-1 to the platform of the plate transport unit C8K-881/B2C-
993, being ready for its transfer to the APM TERMINALS Callao terminal.

To secure the cargo stowed on the platform of the 1x40' container, type flat rack MAEU-
351932-1, the following materials were used:
- 09 steel chains with 3/8 "double hooks.
- 09 3/8 "rattle-type chain tensioners.
- 01 roll of packing tape.
- 01 roll of stress films.
Recommendations:
It is recommended to check the tension of the nylon strips during their transfer.
Use appropriate means of transport (low bed) for transportation. Without further
mention, this report is sent to fulfill the request.
