Mobile Cement Pumper with Lightning Averaging Mixer

The Model MCP-148D/LAM (Lightning Averaging Mixer) is trailer mounted cementing unit. The
integral LAM mixing system accurately maintains slurry density and consistency over a wide range
of performance requirements. It is equipped with a BJ Services Mini Monitor (3305) that monitors
and records pertinent job parameters for on line and post job analysis. To ensure successful
completion of a job in the event of a component failure in the drive train, hydraulic system, or
electronic system, back-up systems are provided.

• Equipped with two 492 BHP Detroit Diesel 8V92T engines
• Will develop working pressures up to 15,000 PSI with proper plunger selection

• The coriolis type mass meter ensures accurate monitoring of down-hole flow rate and slurry density
• Over-Pressure Shutdown System

Performance
• Slurry rates to 12 BBL/MIN and densities to 22 PPG have been achieved
• System provides a dust free environment, minimizes air entrainment and delivers a homogeneous slurry
• 800 Hydraulic Horsepower
• Working pressures to 15,000 PSI (with appropriate plungers)
• ±0.1 PPG density control
• 20 BBL/MIN displacement rate (with appropriate plungers)
