Withdrawal of Disability Processing Claims

To Atty A.M. Burigsay & Associates

Greetings,

I would like to withdraw my filing of a disability claim/SPA under your good law firm against
third parties and Epsilon Maritime Shipping Incorporated.
 
This withdrawal was made between my entire family after the best result of the physical
therapy from a private practitioner at my own expense.
And I decided again to work in shipping to help my three children finish their studies at
prestigious universities.
 
This withdrawal letter is my personal request to clear my name from all shipping companies
where I applied for the position of Chief Engineer.
