    Withdrawal of Disability Processing Claims

    To Atty A.M. Burigsay & Associates

    Greetings,

    I would like to withdraw my filling of disability claim/SPA under your good law firm against third
    parties and Epsilon Maritime Shipping Incorporated.

    This withdrawal was made between my entire family after the best result of the physical therapy
    from private practitioner in my own expenses.
    And I decided again to work in ship to help my 3 children finish there studying in prestigious
    universities.

    This withdrawal letter is my personal request to clear my name in all shipping company I applied for
    Chief Engineer position.
