3.0 CLIENT PEME GUIDELINES

3.1 SCREENING PHASE (Charge to Company)

TEST REMARKS

WHOLE ABDOMEN ULTRASOUND If found to have stone, do not proceed with full PEME.

3.2 POLICY:

3.2.1 All New Crew will undergo a screening test prior to PEME proper.

3.2.2 Company has to be informed of those who fail the screening.

3.2.3 Company allows Class B and Hepatitis B Healthy carrier for ex-crew.

3.2.4 All with medical condition/s requiring maintenance medication/s must show their
medication/s good for entire contract.

Duration of Contract:
Master / CM / CE & 2E – 7months contract
Other Officers & Ratings – 9 months contract

3.2.5 Strictly no erasures/corrections are acceptable on medical forms/certificates.
