AUDIT SCOPE:
Review of the implementation of the food safety program at this two separate buildings cooling/cold storage operation with 56,000 sq. ft. of refrigerated storage space receiving previously
packed products from Mexico for storage and distribution from late October to May-June. The final packed product is received, inspected, cold stored and distributed, re-work of re-
packaging is not performed, nor any post harvest treatment. The day of this inspection the operation had only three employees and the products observed were bell peppers and grape
tomatoes in warehouse #1 and only grape tomatoes in warehouse #2.
