Audit Plan
To establish the conformity of the organization's quality system, or part of it, with the audit criterion;

To evaluate the management system's capability to assure that the organization complies with statutory, regulative and contractual
requirements;

To avaluate the management system efficiency to assure that the costumer organization reachs its defined goals.

To critically analyze the client's management systemdocumented information.

To evaluate the client's plan specific condictions and discuss with client's people, in order to determine the preparation level for
phase two.
To critically analyze the situation and the client's understanding of the regulation requirements, specially regarding the key aspects
identification or performance informations, processes, goals, and management system operation.
To obtain the necessary information regarding the management system scope, which includes:
OBJECTIVES - Client's plan;
- Utilized processes and equipments;
- Stablished control levels (particularly in multi-site clients);
- Applicable statuary and regulatory requirements;

To critically analyse the resources allocation for phase 2 and agree with the client the details of phase 2.

Allow the phase 2 planning, getting enough understanding of the client's management system and its local operation, in management system
regulation context or any other regulatory document.
To evaluate if the internal audits and management critical analyses are being planned and conducted, if the level of the management
system implemantation demonstrates that the client is ready for phase 2.

To evaluate the implemantation, including the client's management system efficiency.

To confirm the whole management system conformity and continuous efficiency, its continuous relevance and certification scope
applicability.
