THE AIM OF THESE RULES IS TO CREATE A BALANCE BETWEEN A)
THE ABILITY TO ADEQUATELY REBUILD WHILE ALSO B)
CREATING A COMPETITIVE AND ENGAGING SEASON FOR AS
MANY MEMBERS AS FAR INTO THE SEASON AS POSSIBLE. THIS
SHOULD ELIMINATE ANY MID-SEASON DISPUTES OR DOUBTS.
RULES/REGULATIONS/MISCELLANEOUS
1. Two-Win System: Teams will receive one win for beating their opponent and
another for scoring in the top half of Points For on the week.
a. Here, teams are not punished for losing 128 to 130, while another team can
win 92 to 90.
2. Max PF: The total amount of points a team would have if they set a perfect lineup
each week with their given roster.
a. This shows the total talent of a given team.
POSTSEASON:
1. Due to the nature of our league, there will be two playoff brackets.
2. One will compete for the Championship, known as the PLAYOFF Bracket.
a. The top 4 teams based on W-L will reach the playoffs. Sleeper calculates the
tie-breaker
3. The second will compete in the CONSOLATION Bracket.
a. The following four teams based on W-L are placed here where they will
compete for improved Lottery odds [more on that in the DRAFT section].
4. The remaining two teams enter the Lottery and begin the offseason early.
5. The Postseason will begin in Week 14.
6. Each round will be two weeks long (Weeks 14 and 15, and 16 and 17)
a. Week 18 is eliminated due to the high volatility with NFL teams typically
resting their starters
ROOKIE DRAFT: How the End of the Season Will Alter Draft Positioning
Rounds 1 & 2:
1. The Bottom Two teams will go directly into the Lottery.
a. The lowest Max PF will receive the highest odds for the number one pick,
and the remaining team receives the second highest odds.
2. The four teams in the CONSOLATION Bracket are automatically entered into the
Lottery.
a. Their odds will be determined by Max PF, therefore intentionally losing any
regular season or bracket games will not help increase your odds.
b. The Winner of the consolation bracket will jump up one spot in the Lottery
order.
i. E.g. If Team A wins the Consolation Bracket but their Max PF places
them at the 4th best overall odds, they will go up to 3rd best overall
(behind the two teams not in the consolation bracket).
c. However, if the winner of the Consolation Bracket already has the lowest
Max PF of the four competing teams, they will receive an increase in
percentage to their lottery odds. This is taken from the two teams ahead of
them and one below.
i. E.g. If team A (#3 below) wins the Consolation Bracket and has the
lowest Max PF, their odds will jump from 19% to 21%
3. The four teams in the PLAYOFF Bracket
a. The winner receives pick #10
b. Second place receives pick #9
c. The winner of the 3rd place game will receive the 7th pick, 4th place receives
the 8th pick.

Rounds 3, 4, and 5 (No Lottery)

1. Picks 1 through 6 will be sorted by inverse order of Max PF
2. Picks 7 through 10 will be sorted by final standings in the Playoff Bracket
NOTE:
- If you win the Consolation Bracket but have traded away your first-round pick, you
will receive a 5th-round compensatory pick since you cannot receive the increased
odds.
- If you win the 3rd place match but have traded away your first-round pick, you will
receive a 5th-round compensatory pick for the following season.

LOTTERY ODDS:

- E.g. if you are the 4th worst team in the league, you have a 10% chance at the
number one pick and a 22.5% chance at being in the lottery.
TRADES:
1. Trades can be overruled when over half of the league (excluding those trading) veto
a trade within 24 hours of the trade being accepted.
a. E.g. if two teams agree to a trade and it receives five out of eight veto votes,
the trade is overruled.
2. Conditional Draft Picks are ALLOWED
a. Picks Based: E.g. You can trade your “worst second-round pick” or “best
first-round pick” if you hold more than one pick in the round.
b. Player Based: E.g. Team A trades Josh Jacobs to Team B for a 2024 First and
a 2025 Third. The 2025 Third can become a Second Round Pick if Jacobs
rushes for more than 12 touchdowns in the 2024 season.
