Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu!

I am writing this letter in response to the posted announcement of vacancy in various

teaching positions in the Schools Division of Cotabato City. As such, I would like to apply to
be promoted for Teacher 3.

I am FAIRUDZ FARIDAH A. SALILAGIA, married, 33 years old and residing at

Tamontaka Mother, Cotabato City. I have finished my Master of Arts in Education major in
Teaching last 2015 at Shariff Kabunsuan College. Currently, I am employed as Teacher 2 at
Tamontaka Central School, SDO-Cotabato City.

I have been an elementary teacher for 11 years now. Having such length of experience, I am
confident that I have contributed a lot to the school in terms of producing quality learning.
Not only I am a teacher but also a Video Lesson Broadcaster, Big Books Scriptwriter for
MTB-MLE, and I used to be a chairman of the grade level where I belong. Recently, I was
chosen to be the Teacher Broadcaster for Beginning Reading Program in Maguindanawn
under ABC+: Advancing Basic Education in the Philippines.

My teaching experience coupled with my dedication, commitment, hardwork and love for the
children I teach make me a valuable candidate for promotion to Teacher 3.

Performance Rating, Service Record, Trainings/Seminars and Outstanding Accomplishments
for your ready reference.
