Our offer does not include any Man-days for EPNP for site testing and commissioning which shall be charged in man-day rates indicated
below. Man-days are counted based on our engineer’s presence on site.

Commissioning Engineer:

Per man-day (8 hours or less working time including lunch break): 2500 USD
Conditions for site services applied.

This excludes below:

• Food, local conveyance & Site accommodation for the SE engineers and any required Training for access to work site has to
be provided by the Customer. Overtime rates are applicable as per clause 4. Of Additional General Conditions for Site Services.
• Normal site activity will be carried out only during standard 8 Hours of working at the site on normal working days (including 1
Hr Lunch break).
• Special training or enabling certificate cost
• All custom clearance fees for the equipment that SE has to use during his field works.
• Any gate pass or work permits required for site works

1.3 Exclusions
- Level 2 (HMI system-software licenses) for Power Automation System
- Site commissioning (To be charged in men day rates)
- Local HMI for the Power Automation PLC’s
- GPS System (shall be provided by network timing protocol from the existing SCADA system)
- System training for customer team, can be offered as optional price, if required
- Spare parts (to be offered as optional price, if required)
- Advanced Cybersecurity system
- Firewall
- Transducers
- Any kind of major Civil works
- Power source
- Control & relay panels
- IEDs (relays, meters)
- Field wiring & Control cables – its supply laying & termination
- Any kind of Cables - its supply laying & termination outside the SCMS cubicle
- IFAT-Integrated Factory Acceptance Test in the switchgear factory (to be charged additional in men day basis, if required)
- Any kind of works or modification on the existing Level 2 SCADA system
- Expenses towards mob/ demob, food etc. for customer personnel for training & FAT
- Any kind of co-ordination with local authority
- ICD/CID files for relays if any
- Relay setting software
- Telecom devices (PLC, modem, etc.)
- Current and voltage transformers
- UPS, battery, chargers
- AC/DC auxiliary distribution systems
- Current and voltage injection test kits
- Type and special test

2 Estimated Delivery Period

2.1 Estimated Delivery
The system shall be ready within 32 weeks from the Contract coming into force and receipt of approval of all major drawings and
documents by Schneider Electric

2.2 Incoterms
The equipment shall be delivered FCA, JEBEL ALI FREE ZONE-UAE

3 Other conditions
In all cases, this proposal is to be considered as an estimation, the content of which is subject to variation, therefore Schneider Electric
reserves its right to modify it at all terms, including the price and Schneider Electric shall in no way be bound by any other conditions. It is
agreed by the recipient that this budgetary and non-binding proposal shall have no commercial and/or financial consequences on
Schneider Electric in any way whatsoever. Schneider Electric’s General Conditions are available upon request, if not attached hereto.
