    The undersigned would like to ask permission from your good office to allow me to be included
    in the payroll and to receive my salary for 15 days of work for the current month while my
    document is still on-process.

    If I may explain, my requirements are still on-process but I will be able to provide it before end
    of this month. The Transcript of Record is already received by my representative in Manila while
    my NBI Clearance will be available on February 14, 2023.
