    Greetings!
    I am FE FAVILA GABUCO, legal age, currently residing at Purok Maligaya, Bgy.
    Abaroan Roxas Palawan and a third (3 rd) year student at Palawan Student University, currently
    enrolled under the Bachelor of Secondary Education Program Major in Social Studies. I would
    like to apologize for being absent because I was recently discharged from the hospital, and I need
    to take a bed rest for my recovery.
    In connection of this I would like to ask for your consideration and allow me to catch up my
    missing lesson and activity for this day. I will attach my medical certificate as my proof. I am
    hoping that this letter will merit your favorable response. Thank you so much and God bless!
