Subject - To complain against IGNOU's regional centre Delhi -3 and study centre
aryabhatta college regarding delaying our practical counseling or exams and
dissertation.
Sir
Most respectfully, I am student of IGNOU University. My regional centre is RC
DELHI -3 and study centre aryabhatta college and my program code is BAPCH (
Psychology Hons.). Sir I am a final year student of BAPCH program code. My regional
centre and study centre both are delaying my practical counseling or exams and
dissertation work. They are not providing us proper counseling regarding practical exam
and dissertation. Both RC DELHI -3 and my study centre aryabhatta college shift their
duties or responsibility or work to eachother . When I contact to my study centre
practical counseling or exams then they reply me that contact to your regional centre
RC DELHI -3 but this is the responsibility of my study centre to conduct our practical
counseling or exams and dissertation work but they are denying. They are giving some
irrelevant reasons like we don't have infrastructure to conduct practical counseling
classes or exams and lacking of staff to conduct practical counseling. Even then they
are not guiding me in dissertation work. When I go to my regional centre then they reply
that it will be conducted by your study centre. My final year exams will commence from
1june 2023. They have done practical classes or exams only of course code
BPCC101P and BPCC103P. I need to complete my practical classes or exams of
course code BPCC105P and BPCC110P but they didn't do these mentioned till today.
Your RC DELHI -1 has done their practical counseling or exams of all course code of
BAPCH program.
Sir, kindly guide me and reply to my questions.
1) when will start my practical counseling or exams of course codeBPCC105P
andBPCC110P?
2) when will start my dissertation counseling even I am in final year or semester of my
degree?
3) why IGNOU management is not working effectively ?
4) My degree is about to complete but till today I did get counseling classes from my
study centre . How will we clear our doubt because there is no teacher to tech us?
5) Why they don't update our assignment marks timely?
6) According to current situation I am will not be able to complete my degree at right
time . According to them it will go late according given guidelines?
