How to Order
Batteries can be ordered on Daily and Stock orders. Orders will be delivered to your dealership within five working days from
date of receipt by Interstate.
No cost “Emergency” delivery (within 48 hours) is available. You must contact your facing Honda Parts Center Dealer Analyst,
who will coordinate the delivery with Interstate Batteries. Do not order batteries on a UPO.
Delivery
Your local Interstate Batteries Route Sales Manager will deliver all Honda Genuine Replacement Batteries directly to your deal-
ership. Batteries will arrive fully charged, load tested, and with protective terminal caps. A copy of the Dealer Order Delivery
Document (DODD) will be signed by the dealer and left as the official receipt. It will contain a record of the return cores.
Warranty
Honda Genuine Replacement Batteries are covered by a 100 month prorated warranty. For a complete Honda genuine battery
warranty proceedures, please refer to the Service Operations Manual section 2.16.3 and 2.16.4
Proration Schedule
During first 3 years of service – Defective replacement battery will be replaced at no cost to the customer with a new Honda
Genuine Replacement Battery and installation.
After first 3 years of service – Prorated credit, based on years of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new Honda
Genuine Replacement Battery. Owner is responsible for installation expense. No cash reimbursement will be made. Credit is
calculated as follows:

Refunded Percentage FREE 60% 50% 40% 30% 20% 10% 5%
