FORWARDING STATEMENT
To be delivered by: Shayed Insan V. Jali

Mr. Garry D. Sta . Ana, ABNHS School principal, honoured guest speaker, dear guest,
ABNHS Faculty and Staff, grade 9 and grade 10 promenaders, ladies and gentlemen, a
pleasant night.

Tonight is a night of beginnings.

For the grade 9 students, it is the beginning of new undertakings. As they fill in the
shoes of those who go before them, they confidently take on responsibilities passed on
to them and continue to uphold the ideals we all strongly share.

And for us Grade 10, it is the beginning of a new phase of our lives. As we leave the
portals of our dear Alma Mater, we will bring with us learned values to equip us on the
challenges we will face with the head on.

A few weeks ago, many of us were all but strangers to each other. Little did we know
that there are things we commonly share. Our practices and occasional corridor bumps
and encounters helped from a bond among all of us.

The candlelight ceremonies we all have taken part in tonight have strengthened that
bond. A bond that will link us beyond tonight’s special occasion. A bond formed by
simple friendships, fond memories and celebration of new beginnings.
