BOOTH AVAILMENT AGREEMENT

Food & Beverage Concessionaires


Note: Please read the entire agreement before signing. A copy of this agreement will be returned
upon acceptance by the Committee of Further 2023, 15th National Convention of Church of God.

We wish to avail a booth space at Further 2023 the 15 th National Convention of Church of God,
July 26-28, 2023 at Function Hall 4-5 SMX Convention Center Pasay. In return, we will be
donating a certain amount as described in this agreement. The corresponding donation is to
cover some of the expenses in the aforementioned SMX Function Hall Venue rentals and the
booth space.

Concessionaire agrees to donate a certain amount as described under this agreement by cash
or in check.

Booth Details
As a Food Concessionaire, the donation amount is PHP 15,000 (In Words: Fifteen Thousand
Pesos only) for the following:
 Specification: 3x3 meters Shell Scheme Booth for 3 days covering July 26-28, 2023
 Inclusions: One (1) Information Table, two (2) Folding Chairs, one (1) Convenience
Power Outlet 300 watts, Booth Carpeting (Needle Punch Carpet)
 Location: Booth number # ___ (Kindly view booth Floor Plan for reference)
Note: Maximum of Four (4) IDs will be provided for the Exhibitor
Name written on the Booth’s Fascia Board (maximum of 25 characters only)

Equipment List
Kindly indicate all equipment to be brought inside SMX Convention during the event. All
electronic equipment’s are subject for SMX approval.

Additional Requirements
Kindly check the following if this applies to your booth needs:
 The equipment that the booth will consume should not be more than 300 watts a day. In
the event that the concessionaire will exceed the allowable wattage, an additional fee
will be charge as stated in the attached Lighting & Electrical Order Form from the Booth
Supplier, Cityneon Philippines, Inc. – this additional fee is already for the 3-day event.
 The concessionaires who need to use the Kitchen for Cooking and Cleaning purposes, they
must pay an additional fee of 13,000 pesos (can be divided among the concessionaires
who will utilize the Kitchen) during the 3-day event. I am aware that the kitchen will be
used by other concessionaires as well that paid for its use. (Only electronic appliances will
be allowed inside the venue. Gas stoves are not allowed.)

Products and Services
Kindly list in details what are the final products and services to be sold during the event.

Event Guidelines
1. There will be no reservations of slots. In order to secure a booth for the event,
donations must be made in full. Once payment has been made, refund is not allowed.
2. Concessionaires must provide the products and services for the duration of the event.
3. During Ingress and Egress, the use of the delivery bay area will be decided on a first
come first serve basis. We advise all exhibitors to come early. All items and equipment
will only be brought inside through the delivery bay area. Exhibitors are required to
submit a list of all electronic and non-electronic equipment that will be brought inside
SMX premises.
4. All food concessionaires are required to have one (1) Fire Extinguisher and trash bins
within their booth, which must be kept clean. Concessionaires are only allowed to wash
and clean their utensils and other equipment inside the Kitchen by paying the fee stated
in the additional requirements.
5. All bottled water will be purchased from SMX.
6. For all food handlers, appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn. (Hair
guard, mask and gloves)
7. Certain merchandise can only be sold by Further 2023 organizers such as all clothing
apparel (Shirt, Jackets, Tote bags etc.) and Coffee-based drinks.
8. Further 2023 organizers have the right to prohibit companies from joining and selling
during the event.

By signing this document, I have read and understand all details stated in this agreement and I
agree with the terms and conditions stated above.
