Notice for the Filling up the Enrollment cum Examination Form of

Higher Secondary 2023 through online system

All Co-ordinatorsl learners of all study centres under the West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling
are request to fill up the Enrolment cum Examination Form for H.S Examination 2023 through online system
at your own study centre on & from 17.06.2023 to 17.07.2023. The last date of submission of printed & filled
up Enrolment cum Examination Form along with all other necessary documents is 24.07.2023 in our office at
our Bikash Bhawan , Salt lake, Kolkata -700091 for South Bengal Region & Rahul Sanskrityan Bhavan,
Siliguri for North Bengal Region. For H.S Examination 2023, the Co-ordinatorslHM of all study centres
under WBCROS are also requested to mention the details of the candidates, who are in Correctional Home (if
any) in Institutional letter head /Pad separately for H.S Examination 2023 at the time of submission in our
office.

At the time of submission of printed & filled up Enrolment cum Examination Form for H.S Examination
2023, Kindly submit the necessary documents given below -

(i) Forwarding letter mentioning the total no of male & female candidates, no. of differently abled candidates
& total no. of candidates, no. of candidates who are in correctional home and total amount of examination fees
deposited etc.

(ii) Enrolment Statement (Nidarsha)

(iii) Original Fees deposited Slip/Challan

(iv) Original printed & Filled up Enrolment cum Examination Forms of each candidate.

N.B. 1) No filled up Enrolment cum Examination Forms along with other necessary documents will be
received by post.

2) Admit Cards will not be issued if printed copy of filled up Enrolment cum Examination
Forms along with necessary papers for H.S Examination 2023 are not submitted in proper time
at above mentioned offices.

3) The schedule of said Examination will be declared later.

4) The Co-ordinators/Hlvl of all study centres under WBCROS are requested to follow &
maintain the Govt. Orders & Guidelines issued by the Govt. Of W.B for prevention of the
spread of Corona Virus (COVID-19). if any.
