MINUTES OF GRADE III RELEASING OF CARDS AND

HOMEROOM PTA MEETING

1. The meeting started at 10:30 pm and was held at the Grade III-Dahlia Room.

2. The attendance was served to check if there was a quorum.

Number of attendees: 33 out of 38 parents

3. The agenda of the meeting are listed as follows:

a. Activities for the fourth quarter
b. Discipline of the Students inside the classroom
c. Awarding of Learners with Academic Awards
d. Releasing of Report Cards
e. Comments and Feedback with the students’ performance for the third quarter
f. Explain the new schedules and the students need remedial instructions.

4. The meeting ended at 11:30 pm.
