             The overwhelming desire of Calangitan Elementary
School in partnership with the TOA GLOBAL CLARK TEAM
helped the victims of TYPHOON KARDING that has paved the

donations for the affected families of Sitio Kalangitan , Brgy

families that were affected by the TYPHOON KARDING

Objectives
affected in the typhoon KARDING despite of the
adversities brought about by this natural calamity/
disaster.
HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENT
 Calangitan Elementary School in partnership with TOA
GLOBAL CLARK TEAM, had the opportunity to visit the
affected families of TYPHOON KARDING in Sitio
Kalangitan , and extend their generosity by sharing
Impact/Results some relief goods to them.
 Spearheaded by the initiative of our principal , the said
program was realized to somehow give hope after a
traumatic experience brought about by the TYPHOON
KARDING.
POST ACTIVITY EVALUATION
Methodology  Calangitan Elementary School served as an avenue in
the distribution of 76 packs of relief goods consisting of
different products such as rice, breads, canned goods ,
noodles, coffee , spreads, and other basic foods for the
affected families of Sitio Kalangitan.
 Activity was properly conducted and executed by
listing some of the affected families and they were
given stubs to observe systematic and organized
distribution.

Feedback Through the constant initiative and effort under the
leadership of our school principal and by establishing linkages
to other organizations and partnership with different groups
with common goals , the objectives were observed as
expected.
Comments Affected families were so grateful and thankful for considering
them as benefactors.
Suggestions School should establish more linkages and partnership to
other organizations with the same goals and objectives so we
could offer and cater more benefactors that are related to such
activity and progam.
MANAGEMENT OF ACTIVITIES
Activity Flow  Assessed affected families in the community and listed
them out as benefactors .
 76 packs of relief goods such as canned goods, noodles ,
rice, coffee, breads, spreads and even alcohol were
prepared.
 TOA GLOBAL CLARK TEAM, with the assistance of
Calangitan Elementary School Teachers and the
supervision of the school principal, Sir Anthony Siron
distributed the 76 packs of relief goods to the affected
families of TYPHOON KARDING.
Logistics  The school principal initiated the project by
coordinating and establishing a good relationship to an
organization such as TOA GLOBAL CLARK that
envisions to help people that are in need especially in
times of disaster or calamity.
 Families affected in the community by the TYPHOON
KARDING participated the activity.
RECOMMENDATION
The school should consider the influx or volume of people in
preparing such project / program like this especially in
preparing goods for the benefactors to prevent inadequacy.
