STUDY PLAN

I am Muhammad Haris, I graduated from University of Peshawar, Pakistan. I secured 67%

(2.5/4.00 CGPA) in B.S (Hons.) Environmental Sciences and M.S Environmental Sciences with
major Environmental Chemistry secured 3.9 CGPA. I worked in different research groups and
my manuscript is under review will be publish soon. I worked as a volunteer, I was nominated
for Best Student of the Year by Department of Environmental Sciences. Moreover, I am
currently working as a Research Associate on a project titled "Endocrine-Disrupting Chemicals
(EDCs) in Kabul and Swat Rivers and Their Impact on Fish Populations and Rural Community
Livelihoods."

The enigma of life and the mystery of how climate change affects the different regions of the
world always fascinated me. The ongoing developments in the field of Environmental Sciences
have opened up growth opportunities that exhibit beneficial impacts ranging from individual to
society. The perfect combination of theory and practical knowledge is required to succeed in this
field. I want to be an innovation element in a research project striving to ensure a better tomorrow
for everyone. I confidently trust in scientific research, and it starts with passion, commitment, and
finally a social service. .
I am very excited and looking forward to using this. Opportunity to improve my knowledge and
practical skills and contribute to society in adopting Environmental safeguards By virtue of this
program’s nature, I strongly consider that it will provide me with an opportunity to continue to
be a catalyst not only within higher education but also in my community.
I have chosen this PhD degree to express my interest in Chemical Engineering. This program
will be a life-changing event for me because it will not only broaden my horizons but also help
me pursue further research interests in Chemical Engineering. Secondly, the PhD degree in
Chemical Engineering will make me more credible and confident, which will improve my
decision-making and problem-solving abilities, which will help and open a whole new avenue in
the environmental solution in my country. Lastly this position is significant for my career as I
have long dreamed of studying in the world’s high-ranked universities, such as Shandong
University of Technology. The skills and expertise I will get in this. Program will be beneficial
for me to solve Environmental issues in Pakistan, which is one of the most affected countries
around the globe. The faculty and staff at the Shandong University of Technology, will facilitate
me to explore a diverse environment with people working on various aspects of global changes.
Furthermore, spending time in China will allow me to participate in a broader cultural exchange
effort, which will undoubtedly have a life-changing impact on me. This opportunity will open
new avenues for my career, and I will be able to discover my true potential to work towards
positive global changes.

Reasons to study in China: Reading the books, watching the news, analyzing, and observing the
people of china, I am really impressed by the way these individuals have proved themselves to
be dedicated to their work and with true efforts they have set China as a successful example for
other third world or developed countries. The fast-growing economy, technology advancement
and the global ranking education institutes of China with reputation makes a great aspiration to
the students and professional for the better career perspectives. Thus, such kind of positivity has
boosted my confidence further and I am highly satisfied with the decision I have taken.
Moreover, China’s diverse cultural norms and values, the famous gentle hospitality of its people
and Pakistan-China all weather friendly relations since past promote bilateral trade, acceptance
and peace to both sides in great clarity make me feel China as my second homeland; also, my
family fully supports my choice for China being my preference for doctorates studies. All these
reasons put together to make China an ideal place for me to do my doctorate degree. Concluding
