TO OUR VALUED CLIENT,

Good day!

Thank you for choosing and putting your valuable trust in our business.

We are reaching out to advise you that the elevator is now ready for public use, since it has no
permit to operate (PTO) yet, as standard procedure it is not allowed to use the elevator until
such the PTO has been released by City Government office.

However, if you insist to use the elevator without the permit to operate, we hereby submit a
waiver agreement that we are not responsible for securing your own liability insurance to
protect the user against any circumstances that may arise.

The Nanotech International Lift Services Inc. shall not hold harmless futures explored and all
liability, judgment, loss, causes of any action or incidental to any action or failure to act under
this agreement.

or any course of the work performed.

The Nanotech International Lift Services Inc. shall not hold harmless futures explored and all
liability, judgment, loss, causes of any action or incidental to any action or failure to act by is
under this agreement.
