Agreement, Nanotech International Lift Services Inc., hereby certifies that the Elevator
Installation Works are hereby completed in accordance with the contract plans, specifications
and contact documents on the handover date stipulated above.
With your request for handover of the elevator and to be put to use, we have reviewed and found
the equipment to be completed with the best knowledge and information and is declared to be
functional and safe for public use on the date specified here in above.
The handover date shall be treated as the reckoning period for the warranty of twelve (12)
months which shall expire on ________, 2024 and free maintenance provision of twelve (12)
months which shall expire on________, 2024. ( the PMS will be conducted every 2 months)
