That one time where I'm supposed to be reviewing my history study guide for the finals but I didn't
because I was playing and then when the day of the final came I failed it bc I didn't review.

2. If you know you ARE procrastinating, can you stop it? If not, why? If yes, how? *

If I know I'm procrastinating then I can stop it because it's just my brain who's procrastinating not the
actual me.

Being serious about it from the start

My definition of procrastination is just being lazy

I actually have felt that procrastination changed my life and I regretted it because I am not able to do

It happens many times that i wont do work until deadline or sometimes even forget to do the work

No i cant stop it as until i feel the pressure of pending homework i wont start working

Being serious about it from the start would produce better quality of work as we wont get end time
pressure and if we finish it first then we would have time to do extra curricular activities and relaxation

Delaying my studies because of procrastinating led to me nearly failing my exams. It was a time when i
became lazy and just passed while i was an above average student.

Yes i know i am procrastinating but the sudden relaxation of the moment is enjoyable. That weakens my
will power to do any task.

Being serious about it and working on it with determination will produce better quality of work.

Getting dominated by momentary happiness or relaxation and delaying imporyant task which can
degrade the quality of the work or the outcome

I have made my schedule in such a way that i let myself procrastinate when in reality my student life is
pretty hectic

As i mentioned, me nearly failing my exams was bad. Because of that my report care and gpa went
down

Not completing students anecdotes which resulted in doing them last minutes. That was thankfully
cometed but in a rush.

Yes i can stop it. I have started meditation which has increased my will power and focus to do my work
assigned from my seniors

Tackling the work since the start would be easier to handle for your mental wellbeing snd can save you
from last minute anxiety and panic.

As life is hectic we somehow tend to dwell in the rest state. I think resting is fine but procrastination is
basically resting a lot without doing your work

Sometimes i do have the privilege because of vactions or maybe less load from the seniors

Yes. I had my 12th Maths board exams and had been given 5-6 days of preparatory leave but i
procrastinated studying. I only started studying 2 days before exam and i regret becuse after giving the
exam i thought i could have done better if i had studuied more.

No its a habit that has become deeply ingrained in my bones

Last moment. Since i work better under pressure working at the last moment produces better work

Delaying work till the last moment

No since deadlines are important. Its not like school where deadlines could be extended.

Yeah i still regret that 12th Maths board exam, i left a 4 marker question after all if had studied earlier
and had time to cover all topics i coupd have done that question and my percentage could have been
better
