LEARNING ACTIVITY 3.1

TIMELINE REFLECTION

1. Reconstruct the typical day that Dr. Orata organized his weekday.

In our day and age we cannot avoid temptations but we must learn to have a
limit on everything we need a little time to ourselves to give our satisfaction It is
important that we give ourselves proper tile management so that we do not waste days
that pass and let us keep ourselves productive

2. Go back to your timeline of how you spent your time yesterday. Compare and
contrast how you spent your time with how Dr. Orata did. Are there similar
activities that you spent your time? How about the amount of time that you spent
on your activities? How much time did you spend on time stealers?

if I compare how we spend our time and day there is a far difference because I
am the kind of student who is not used to being too serious there are chances to spend
more time on my extra work because it is here I am happy but that way I still do not
neglect my day I still do not forget to be serious and place some things that aging does
all night I still remain productivet

3. Now, make your own action plan on how you will schedule your activities for the
next week

I think I will probably reduce my time using social media but I will still stick
to my usual time management because I do not see anything wrong because I can do
my work well and on time and I do not neglect my study.

4. Form a group with 5-7 members. Share your realizations and your schedule
with your group.

5. Make a collaborative reflection composed of 5-10 sentences that would state the
most salient realizations of the group on time management. Post this on our
discussion forum (Online Learning) or use the activity sheet (Offline Learning)
and submit it to me.

Succeeding in college is rather like succeeding in life. It’s really much more
about you than it is about college. So the most important place to start is to consider
why you’re here, what matters to you, and what you expect to get out it. Even if you
have already thought about these questions, it’s good to reaffirm your commitment to
your plan as we begin to consider what’s really involved in being a college student.
Let’s take a look at successful student have goals.
Things we do may move us closer to or farther away from that result. Studying
moves us closer to success in a difficult course, while sleeping through the final
examination may completely prevent reaching that goal. That’s fairly obvious in an
extreme case, yet still a lot of college students don’t reach their goal of graduating.
The problem may be a lack of commitment to the goal, but often students have
conflicting goals. One way to prevent problems is to think about all your goals and
priorities and to learn ways to manage your time, your studies, and your social life to
best reach your goals.t
